Your keys are generated in this browser and downloaded as a Key Card. Before your office can send or receive patient information, you complete a one-time verification call — we phone the number on file with NPPES / your registry and read back your security code.

Encrypt the key cards stored on this computer behind a workstation passphrase, and auto-lock the screen when it's left idle. Staff enter the passphrase to start a shift; it locks itself when they walk away.

Key cards on this device

    Your Key Card file is the only copy of your keys. Store it like you store the office safe key. Lost card = a new verification ceremony.

    Verify a Delivery Receipt

    Anyone — an auditor, a court, a counterparty — can verify a Digital Fax Network receipt. No account needed. Present the document and its receipt file; we confirm the permanent record matches.

    Backup & Recovery

    Your Key Card is the only copy of your keys — lose it and every fax sent to you becomes unreadable. Create an encrypted backup so that never happens. The backup is locked with a passphrase only you know: Digital Fax Network stores it but cannot read it.

    1. Create or update your backup

    Backs up the Key Card for the office selected at the top. Pick a passphrase and keep it somewhere safe — an office safe, a password manager. We never see it; if you lose it, no one can unlock the backup.

    2. Restore — I still have my Sign-in Key

    The fast path. Paste your Sign-in Key (from your Key Card) to prove it's you; we return your encrypted backup, and your passphrase unlocks it. Your full Key Card is restored to this device.

    3. Restore — I've lost everything

    No keys left at all? Request a release. We verify your identity by phone, then give you a one-time release code. Enter it with your passphrase to unlock your backup.
